Our Building Process
1) CONSULTATION
Your custom home journey begins with an initial consultation with our team to discuss your desired home style, lifestyle requirements, type of block you wish to build on, and budget. A site inspection will be arranged, concept sketches will be drafted and an initial cost summary will be calculated.
3) SELECTION
Our interior design team will guide you in selecting your colour schemes, personalisations, electrical configurations and financing. Drawings, project expenses and the building contract will be formalised. All details of the build will be explained to you to make sure that everything meets your expectations.
5) CONSTRUCTION
The construction phase is quite literally where your dreams become reality. You’ll witness the steady progress of your glorious new custom home design through onsite inspections and ongoing building updates.
7) RELAX
Surround yourself in the opulence and grandeur of your new bespoke home, one that has been optimised through the use of sustainable materials and energy efficient design.
2) DESIGN
You’ll work with our principal designer to fine-tune your project brief and develop an all-inclusive design summary that satisfies your lifestyle needs. During this sage, sophisticated 3D renders will be created and you’ll receive an initial construction cost estimate.
4) PREPARATION
This is where you’ll meet your designated project coordinator and prepare for the building stage. At this time, all necessary council permits are sought with a licenced building certifier to ensure everything proceeds smoothly. Your site is prepared for construction.
6) HANDOVER
Take receipt of your beautiful new custom built home at the official handover, and usher in a rewarding new period of your life. Experience your remarkable new home that has been built from the ground up according to your exact specifications.
