Fixed Price Contracts
Unique Built uses fixed pricing contracts for every home they construct. This assures that the price you see on the contract is the amount you’ll pay in the end. The only exception is if you opt to amend your inclusions and update the contract at a later date. When creating sloping block house designs, where expenditures can quickly escalate, fixed price contracts are very vital.
