You will be invited to meet with our managing director and design team to discuss your plans for a glorious new Brisbane home.

2) SITE ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT

We perform a full onsite inspection of your nominated block, which includes comprehensive soil testing and surveying.

Depending on the outcome of the inspection and the result of the assessments, along with discussions that took place at your initial consultation, a cost estimate will be issued to you.

3) Design StageOur architect drafts a series of floor plans and interior designs, before inviting you to inspect the final concept. Upon approval, we present you with a list of quality décor choices to furnish your new home.You then receive an itemised list of expenses that reflect your home design and décor options, along with a schedule with an estimate of when construction will begin and when your home will be ready to move into.
4) ApprovalAt this time, you have the ability to make last-minute changes to floor plans and building materials. When you’re satisfied with the changes and are ready to proceed, the official contract documents are created.Once you have approved the documents and signed them, building permits will be obtained from your local council.
5) ConstructionThis stage begins by preparing your land. All necessary excavations, clearing away of existing rubbish and removing unwanted obstructions are done at this time.Once the site is deemed suitable, the foundation is then laid. During construction, we keep in regular contact with you through phone calls and onsite meetings.
6) Completion & HandoverWhen construction of your split level home has been completed, you will be invited to our head office. Here, you will be issued with a portfolio containing all the official building documentation, along with keys to your new residence.At this time, we also organise the dates for our complimentary post-construction inspection of your home.
